NBC's Feast Visits Bun Panthers BakeryFebruary 25, 2010
Feast makes the trek out to Crown Heights to take a look at No. 7's new production bakery, where my crack team of experts (including the delightful Tanya Barr, whose lovely face is featured in the Feast slideshow) will be making bread, soda bases and half moon cookies for No. 7 Sub, as well as the breads, dessert components and brunch items for the original No. 7 restaurant. (It was disappointing to run out of our little puddings so soon - sincere apologies to everyone who missed out. We brought the recommended amount of 500 servings, having no idea that they'd sold 2,000 (!!!) tickets for the event.)
