Trained in architecture and design, Amanda’s aesthetic sensibilities continue to hold sway: bridging the gap between food and design in her work as a food stylist, informing her decisions as a pastry chef, and complimenting her writing.
Her food-styling has appeared in The New York Times, TimeOut NY’s 2007 Restaurant Guide, and in special promotions for CondeNet (3rd and 4th images at right).
